Hi everyone,
I wanted to take some time to say thank you to everyone who has been kind this year in supporting Christian Ninja Online Missions and helping me not only share God’s love and truth with people all around the world, but to build an open, encouraging, and meaningful online community that has continued to grow in faith, love, and size.

No one was more surprised than me when God first called me into full-time streaming ministry. In fact, it was such a surprise that last April, God actually gave me a sort of Balam’s Donkey moment to confirm that He wanted me to let go of the traditional ministries I’d been doing for 20 years, and let go of the idea of trying to do it part-time while working somewhere else – and pour my heart into full-time online ministry and trust Him to take care of me and my family. And He has!

I can’t begin to tell you how many miracles of provision we’ve seen over the last 10 months. I did what I always do and put my nose to the grindstone and worked as hard as I could – 14 hours a day, 7 days a week, for a few months – just to get it kicked off – and God provided.
Then, when I moved into phase two, streaming more days per week and building up the Discord community, I was convicted to at least take Sunday’s off, and again, through God’s provision, your generosity, and going through some of our savings, we were able to keep paying the bills.

Then, as I moved into Phase 3 and started to focus on creating even more content for places like YouTube and TikTok, creating the Stream Dream Team to help me take everything to the next level, start planning an online conference for new streamers, prepping the launch of a mentoring program, and collaborating with other creators, things really started to take off.

I’ve recently hit almost 600 Twitch followers, have had 393 subscriptions (now standing at 80 current subscribers), with an average viewership of 15 people per stream, and… believe it or not that puts me in the top 2% of the 9 million streamers on Twitch right now. The YouTube channel has well over doubled in subscribers to its current 124. While the Discord – which is the community-building platform where we all hang out, sharing our struggles and victories 24/7, has grown to over 120 people. The main website, ArtoftheChristianNinja.com has grown as well, hitting over 2000 visitors per month.

Yes, I have a long way to go. I’m by no means at the size or having the impact that I want to yet – but seeing such growth both on the channel, and in the online community the Stream Dream Team and I are building, is incredibly encouraging – and, I know people say this all the time, but I really couldn’t do it without your support!

I asked a few people in my community to share a testimonial of what being part of the Christian Ninja channel has meant to them, and it was so touching to hear what they had to say. Let me share a couple with you.

Check out this link for their testimonials.

Stories like these are what get me really excited about what God is going to be doing in 2022.

And before I end here, I want to make sure to say this: All of you who have joined my live streams, hung out with me in Discord, or have connected to me through other social media sites — you have had such a powerful impact on me. This ministry is nowhere near one-sided. I’ve been through some tough times over the past couple of years, and you all have has become, in a very real sense, my online family. You have cheered me up when I’m down, provided when I was lacking, prayed when I’ve been in crisis, and have made me laugh so so much.

Every day I thank God for letting me do this. It’s so much work – and such a wild, out there, crazy, frontier ministry that I’m always nervous and thinking about it – but I love every part of it. The streaming, counselling, teaching, entertaining, community building – the long hours of video editing, coming up with content ideas, messing with the technology – all of it! It’s been one of the best experiences of my life, and it’s all thanks to you.

Thank you to all those who have given one-time donations. Those mean so much – especially over the past couple of weeks while our family was facing the tragic death of my son, Edison.

And, thank you even more to those who have committed to giving regular, monthly donations. You are all superstars in my book and I cannot thank you enough. You literally keep me going.

Thank you to all those who have been part of the Twitch streams through lurking, watching, chatting, and especially those who have given bits, subs, and gift subs – you know how much you mean to me – and there’s only one word I can say to you and that’s… florgendoober. You know what I mean.

And finally, thank you to all who have kept me and my family in your prayers. The enemy absolutely hates what I’m doing and has been pulling out all the stops to shut it down – but because of your prayers and constant encouragement – I’m able to share God’s love, the Gospel of Jesus, teach the Word of God, and connect with hurting, lost, lonely, shut-in, and ostracized, people all around the world – while also serving as a safe space for displaced, discouraged, and just plain nerdy Christians to find community, healing, and inspiration on a regular basis. I’m so humbled to be part of that.

If you want to know more about what I’m up to, let me encourage you to check out one of my streams, watch some of my videos, or shoot me a text sometime so we can chat.

If you’re inspired to help me reach more people on this new frontier of global missions, please consider heading over to my website at ArtoftheChristianNinja.com and checking out the ChristianNinja Online Missions “About” Page. There you’ll find all sorts of other information, some videos, and the link to my PayPal donations page where you can give a one-time gift, or become a regular monthly donor.

Please consider doing that – and telling your friends and other churches about what I’m up to. I’m still pretty far from my goal of $5000 per month to support my family – and I know that as I grow this year, so will my ministry expenses as I try to get better and reach more lost and lonely people.

Thank you so much. God bless. And I hope to see you in chat soon!

Florgendoober.
