Hey everyone,

I want to start with a huge thank you to everyone who has been listening to the podcast for the past, like, 7 years or so. So many of you have been with me the whole time and have been such an encouragement to me throughout the years.

I know it’s been a while since I released an episode, and there’s good reason for that – I think that the podcast season of my ministry needs to be put on hold.

I’ve tried to make the time, find the time, and really want to keep it going. I’ve changed the format, simplified, used old material – but right now, with the launch of this new Twitch ministry, and all the extra things that have been happening as a result, something had to give and that thing is this podcast.

I don’t see this as a bad thing. I’m not ending it because I don’t enjoy it any more or because it’s dead – it’s just that I’ve only got so much time and energy and when I sat down to prioritize, the podcast was too far down the list.

For a while there, especially for the last couple years of rough life and after moving on from traditional pastoral ministry, I felt like I was on a real losing streak as so many things in my life either dropped off, atrophied away, or were simply taken from me.

But, even though I love doing this podcast, it doesn’t feel like a loss. It’s more like putting down the first book in an amazing book series and starting the next. Sure, I’m bummed that I won’t be a “podcaster” anymore – but every day, more and more, I’m discovering that I’m exactly where God wants me, doing exactly what He wants me to do, and I’m absolutely loving every moment of it.

Yes, it’s stressful, worrisome, and I feel totally out on a limb – but God is with me, and I’ve seen so many blessings that I can’t wait to wake up on Mondays, get on stream, chat with my followers, connect with the community, edit videos, and spend time creating some of the newest, coolest, most exciting, pioneer Christian content in the world.

So, instead of the podcast, I’ll be pouring my energies into working with my new Stream Dream Team to make the Twitch streams and Discord community as good, helpful, and meaningful as they can be – launching the new Christian Creator Mentorship Program, working on launching a brand new streamer conference, continue working with Satellite Gaming on writing specialized nerd-friendly ministry content, and pour more time into making YouTube videos – since that’s one of the best ways to get people to discover XtianNinja Online Missions.

If you want a better breakdown of all the things I’m doing, head over to my website and click the “XtianNinja OM” menu button and you’ll see everything.

So, if you’re interested in keeping up with me and all the projects I’m part of now, there are a few ways:

First, subscribe to the ArtoftheChristianNinja blog through the email link. Then you’ll get all the newest content right after I release it.

Second, subscribe to the XtianNinja YouTube channel. https://www.youtube.com/c/XtianNinjaYT/

Third, you can follow me on Twitter at http://www.twitter.com/XtianNinja.

And finally,

If you’d like to continue to help, there are two really important ways. First, please tell your friends, church, and whoever else about what I’m up to. Word of mouth is hugely important and it would be awesome to get your endorsement in that way.
And second, please consider becoming a regular monthly donor – or increasing your existing donation. I haven’t reached my financial goal yet, and everything I’m doing absolutely requires me to be working on it full time —- more than full time, actually —- and there are so many positive things happening and lives changing, that I want to keep that momentum rolling. So please partner with as a monthly donor – and ask your church, small group, or other ministry leaders if they’d check out the vision page on my website and make me one of their official missionaries.

Again, thank you so much for all your support over the years. I’m sure the podcast will be back at some point. I absolutely love doing it, and hope it comes back someday. But for now, I need to put it on hold.

I’m sure you understand.

Thank you, God bless,
and I hope to connect with you on one of my other platforms.

Have a great week!
